The fitness fever continues! And how are you doing with your plan? Maybe you are considering training to reach the summer with a stunning body, and girl, you are on time! When it comes to setting a waist and a flat abdomen, you may have heard that you have to work cardio and different abdominal and waist exercises to shape it, and of course, it’s obvious, isn’t it? But you also need to work your shoulders and back, yep, just like you hear it! And why? If you look at the bodies of celebrities like Kim Kardashian, they train their back and shoulders, in a way that defines or shapes what would visually correspond to the top of the hourglass figure.

THE EXERCISES

YOU MUST DO!

The key will be to work with weight and high repetitions! Take some dumbbells with an approximate weight of 2 KG or if you do not have them on hand, simply fill bottles with soil, rice or whatever you find at home. Put one in each hand, then stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise your arms to form a “T”, then slowly lower them to your sides. IT IS TIME TO TRAIN THE ABS!

Now is the time to train the midsection! Warning, girl! Performing the following exercises will help you tone the areas, but you must rely on your diet and drink enough water to really get the results you want.

Exercise 1: Right side oblique crunches. With your body on your back and both legs bent and tilted to the right side, do sit-ups for the next 30 seconds.

Exercise 2: Left side oblique crunches. The same movement is carried out but towards the other side.

Exercise 3: Static ‘V’ abs. The objective of this posture is to keep the body in a ‘V’ shape, with the legs together and elevated and the sword bent. The only point of support is the buttocks.









Exercise 4: Plank with twist. This time, a plank posture is maintained in which the body is placed face down supported on the forearms and the balls of the feet. The hip is then rotated from right to left, describing a semicircle, for half a minute.

Exercise 5: ‘Russian twist’. Now it’s time to sit on the mat and lean only on the buttocks. His legs are left extended, slightly bent and off the ground. Next, he turns his abdomen from left to right, bringing his arms together from one side to the other.

WEAR CLOTHES THAT FLATTER YOU!

One way to create an illusion of a more streamlined and curvy figure is to wear garments that are accentuated at the waist for example, dresses that cut at the waist and flare from the hips create natural-looking curves. - Add belts of all shapes and sizes to any outfit to draw attention to your waist. - Opt for jackets or blouses with padded shoulders to create a more voluptuous silhouette. - Wear high-waisted pants to bring more attention to your waist. These will make your hips look more prominent and your waist tighter.
