Food is the engine that drives your body to reach your goals, and without proper nutrition through quality food, it is likely to stop. A balanced diet is what you need ;) Fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, complete proteins and healthy fats!


Extratip! To avoid falling into the temptation of eating foods that are not good for you, prepare yours the night before if possible, or even, some food gurus recommend creating your own weekly menu on the weekend, so that throughout the days you only have to take out of your fridge all the foods of your plate, serve and eat! Yum!
