One of the great tips that experienced fitness moms tell us is that you try to do your workout as soon as you get up! In this way you will be with more energy during the day since you are waking up your body instantly, avoiding distractions, in this way you will be able to fully concentrate on your training and avoid the fatigue of doing it at a later time. It doesn’t matter how long or short it is, as long as you feel like you’re outdoing yourself, it’s enough!
Don’t panic if the children wake up earlier! An alternative that we find here is that if you include them in the routine, they will take it as a game and spend quality time with the family! We live in the age of technology, use that to your advantage, beauty! There are thousands of YouTube videos where that guide you in each training and that also give you incredible results! Choose your favorite trainer and start to move your body with your children! In this way you will have the possibility to do it from the comfort of your home ;)
Yes, just as you hear it! If you definitely couldn’t get up earlier due to fatigue or other tasks, you can implement your workout routine to, for example, the tasks that you have to do at home. Arm yourself with a mini routine, either go up and downstairs to train your calves and legs, when something falls, do a squat! Another good idea is to put cleaning wipes under your shoes and perform jumping jacks, reverse lunges and squats, you’ll end up with a clean floor and sore legs!
We can’t always control everything and that’s okay! Many times we get to blame ourselves for something we wanted to do that day but for one reason or another we were not enough, you can always start over and be better! You got this! Find a moment of peace within the chaos and take a deep breath, this will help your brain to feel the calm it needs to continue with the next thing, if necessary, stretch and let yourself flow, you will remain more relaxed and in tune to start with your exercise routine or whatever makes you feel good about yourself and continue with your activities.
